I grew up in Elgin, North Dakota and graduated from Grant County High School in 2017. I then achieved a bachelor of science in Math Education and recently graduated this past May from NDSU. After graduation I decided I wanted to be closer to home and had enough of living in the ‘big’ city. I will be teaching English for to some of the junior high students, while also doing a life skills class and then assisting with math help. I will also be assisting in math to the high school students as well. I am available before and after school for extra assistance as well.
I enjoy reading in my spare time, while also: fishing/hunting, spending time with family & friends, walking my corgis, and drinking coffee. My classroom will always be a safe place. I strongly believe when it comes to academics it is not about being extremely smart or not, but whether or not one applies themselves. I am excited for the 2022-2023 school year and my door is always open.
